ถ้าใครกำลังสงสัยว่า “เจ้าบุญนายคุณ หมายถึงอะไร” ในมุมสายมูแบบเข้าใจง่ายๆ ที่ฉันใช้คิดเวลาชีวิตติดๆ ขัดๆ คือ… “คน/สัตว์/สิ่งมีชีวิต” ที่เราเคยตั้งใจช่วยเหลือ เคยให้โอกาส หรือเคยทำบุญกับเขาไว้ (ทั้งทางกาย วาจา ใจ) แล้วบุญนั้นกลายเป็นแรงหนุนให้เรา “มีคนช่วยแบบไม่น่าเชื่อ” หรือ “รอดพ้นเรื่องหนักๆ แบบหวุดหวิด” เหมือนมีมือใหญ่จากฝั่งสว่างคอยดึงเราไว้ ไม่ให้ตกลงไปในด้านมืดของความกลัวค่ะ หลายคนจะเทียบกับ “เจ้ากรรมนายเวร” ที่เป็นฝั่งผลของการไปทำให้ใครเดือดร้อน แต่เจ้าบุญนายคุณคืออีกด้านที่ทรงพลังไม่แพ้กัน—เป็นเหมือนกองหนุนฝ่ายดีที่เราเคยสร้างไว้เอง เพราะในชีวิตจริงเราไม่ได้ทำผิดอย่างเดียว เราก็เคยทำดีแบบไม่หวังอะไรเหมือนกัน แล้วเราจะ “สังเกต” ได้ยังไงว่าอาจเป็นแรงหนุนของเจ้าบุญนายคุณ? - ช่วงที่กำลังตันๆ อยู่ๆ มีคนยื่นโอกาสให้ ทั้งที่ไม่สนิท - มีผู้ใหญ่เมตตา ช่วยพูด ช่วยผลักดันในจังหวะสำคัญ - เจอคำพูดหรือคำแนะนำที่ “ตรงจุด” เหมือนมีคนรู้ใจมาบอกทาง - รอดจากเหตุไม่คาดคิด เช่น รถเฉี่ยวแต่ไม่เป็นไร หรือปัญหาหนักๆ คลี่คลายแบบเร็วเกินคาด ส่วนตัวฉันใช้วิธีนี้เวลานึกถึงเจ้าบุญนายคุณ (ทำง่ายและไม่กดดันตัวเอง): 1) “หยุดกลัวแล้วตั้งสติ” ก่อน — แทนที่จะโฟกัสแต่เจ้ากรรมนายเวร ฉันจะเตือนตัวเองว่าเราก็มีฝั่งสว่างคอยหนุน 2) “ขอบคุณให้เป็นนิสัย” — เวลาได้สิ่งดีๆ แม้เล็กน้อย ฉันจะตั้งใจพูดในใจว่า “ขอบคุณนะ เจ้าบุญนายคุณของฉัน” แล้วทำใจให้นุ่มลง 3) “ส่งบุญแบบเรียบง่าย” — ถ้าวันไหนได้ทำบุญ/ทำความดี ฉันจะอุทิศส่วนกุศลให้เจ้าบุญนายคุณ (ไม่ต้องพิธีใหญ่ แค่ตั้งจิตชัดๆ) 4) “สร้างเพิ่มทุกวัน” — วิธีที่มั่นคงที่สุดคือทำตัวเราให้เป็นเจ้าบุญนายคุณของคนอื่นก่อน เช่น ช่วยเท่าที่ไหว ให้กำลังใจ แบ่งปันอาหาร ช่วยสัตว์ หรือทำความดีเล็กๆ แบบไม่หวังผล ท้ายที่สุด ต่อให้เราไม่รู้ชัดว่าใครคือเจ้าบุญนายคุณ แต่การมองโลกสองด้าน (มืด-สว่าง) จะทำให้ใจเบาขึ้นมาก และพอใจเราเบา เราจะเห็นทางออกง่ายขึ้นด้วยค่ะ
