Combining strength workouts with cardio enhances calorie burn and fitness levels, but without proper diet, results may be limited. For targeting stubborn areas such as back fat or flattening the stomach, specific exercises combined with overall fat loss strategies are recommended. While the workout type matters, overall fat loss hinges on sustained healthy habits. Starting with strength training complemented by cardio proved highly effective for me, leading to noticeable fat loss while retaining muscle tone and energy.
