When I adjusted my skincare regimen, focusing on hydration during winter and protection during summer, I noticed my skin became much healthier and radiant. In winter, I used richer creams to combat dryness and flaky skin, but as the seasons changed to summer, I switched to lighter moisturizers with SPF to protect against sun damage. Incorporating antioxidants and hydrating serums helped maintain moisture without clogging pores. It's essential to listen to what your skin needs each season. For example, during summer, sweat and humidity can cause breakouts, so I started using gentle exfoliants and oil-free products. This 'mode on' approach for each season means adapting your skincare to the weather's impact, ensuring your skin stays balanced and glowing year-round. Remember, staying consistent and adjusting your routine thoughtfully can improve your skin health significantly. Embrace the change of seasons as an opportunity to refresh and revitalize your skincare habits!
