ถ้าใครเสิร์ช “ร้านอาหารเช้ากรุงเทพ” แล้วอยากได้ที่นั่งสบาย ถ่ายรูปสวย และเมนูแนวบรันช์ที่กินง่าย Kay’s Sukhumvit 49 เป็นอีกร้านที่เราแนะนำให้ปักหมุดไว้เลยค่ะ (ส่วนตัวเรารู้จักร้านนี้จากคนไปกินมื้อกลางวัน/มื้อเช้าเยอะมาก) ทริคของเราคือ ถ้าอยากได้ฟีลเงียบๆ ไม่ต้องรอคิวนาน ลองเลี่ยงช่วงพีคของบรันช์ (ประมาณ 10:30-13:00) แล้วไปเช้ากว่านั้นหน่อย หรือไปวันธรรมดาจะชิลกว่า ที่สำคัญร้านนี้มุมถ่ายรูปตอนกลางวันก็สวยนะ แสงเข้าทางกระจก ถ่ายโต๊ะริมหน้าต่างออกมาดูคลีนๆ แต่ถ้าใครชอบภาพโทนดินเนอร์ แนะนำให้ไปตอนค่ำ มุมป้ายไฟหน้าร้าน “Kay’s” คือถ่ายขึ้นมาก เมนูที่เหมาะกับ “มื้อเช้า/บรันช์” ถ้าไปครั้งแรก เราว่าเริ่มจากกลุ่มขนมปัง/โทสต์จะปลอดภัยสุด อย่าง Salmon Avocado Toast คืออิ่มแบบไม่หนักเกิน ได้ทั้งแซลมอน อะโวคาโด และไข่ (เลือกสไตล์ไข่ได้) ถ้าไปเช้าๆ เราชอบเลือกไข่แบบ poached เพราะมันทำให้จานดูฉ่ำ กินกับเลมอนแล้วสดชื่นมาก อีกอย่างที่หลายคนมองข้ามคือร้านนี้ portion ค่อนข้างใหญ่ ถ้าไป 2 คน สั่ง 2-3 อย่าง + น้ำ ก็อิ่มกำลังดีแล้ว (เราเคยพลาด สั่งเยอะแล้วแน่นมาก) ถ้าอยากบาลานซ์ แนะนำให้มีเมนูที่เป็นสลัด/ผักแกล้มมาด้วย เพราะเมนูทอดอย่าง Fish and Chips ถึงจะกรอบอร่อย แต่ถ้ากินต่อเนื่องอาจเลี่ยนได้ โดยเฉพาะถ้าเลือกเป็นมันหวานทอด เราว่าหวานมันขึ้นมาหน่อย เรื่องบรรยากาศ: ด้านในมีทั้งโซนเคาน์เตอร์บาร์และโต๊ะนั่งหลายมุม โต๊ะเรียงริมกระจกให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่น เหมาะทั้งนั่งทำงานเบาๆ ตอนเช้า หรือจะนัดเพื่อนคุยยาวๆ ก็ได้ ถ้ามาเดท/ดินเนอร์แบบเงียบๆ มุมไฟสลัวช่วงค่ำคือได้ vibe โรแมนติกมาก ก่อนจบขอทิ้งเช็กลิสต์สั้นๆ สำหรับคนหาร้านอาหารเช้ากรุงเทพแล้วอยากมาร้านนี้: - ไปเช้า/วันธรรมดา = สบาย ไม่วุ่นวาย - สั่งโทสต์เป็นหลัก + แชร์เมนูจานใหญ่ จะคุมงบง่าย - เผื่อเวลาถ่ายรูปหน้าร้านกับป้ายไฟ และโต๊ะริมกระจก - มีที่จอดรถในร้าน ทำให้ขับรถมาง่ายขึ้น หวังว่าจะช่วยให้ตัดสินใจได้ว่า Kay’s Sukhumvit 49 เหมาะเป็น “มื้อเช้าในกรุงเทพ” ของคุณไหมค่ะ
