「モツビストロ天神ホルモン KITTE博多店」って実際どうなの？と気になって、私も出張の朝に寄りました。結論、博多駅周辺で“朝からちゃんと肉を食べたい人”にはかなり刺さるお店だと思います。 場所はKITTE博多のB1で、博多駅から地下でそのまま行けるのが便利。雨の日や荷物が多い日でも移動がラクで、朝の時間が読めないときにも助かりました。店内は「ホルモン」のイメージよりも“ビストロ感”が強くて、朝でも入りやすい雰囲気です。 私が頼んだのはモーニングのプレート系。看板にも出ている通り、ご飯は福岡県産の「元気つくし」使用で、こういう地味にうれしいポイントがあるとテンション上がります。お肉はタン、ミスジ、ローストビーフ、ミックスホルモンなどが少しずつ盛られていて、「焼肉屋に行くほど時間はないけど、肉の満足感は欲しい」日にちょうど良かったです。ポテトがカリッとしていて箸休めになるし、スープもさっぱり系で朝向き。 利用するときに知っておくと便利なのが注文方法。オーダーはQRを読み込んで自分のスマホから進めるスタイルなので、電波が不安な人は店内Wi‑Fiの有無を軽く確認しておくと安心かも。あと、写真で見ると量が控えめに見えるんですが、意外と噛みごたえがあって満腹感は出ます。朝から予定が詰まっている日は、食べ終わった後に重たくなりすぎないところも良かったです。 私のおすすめは「時間に余裕を少しだけ作って行く」こと。焼きたて提供の分、混み具合によっては待ちが出る可能性もあるので、乗車前ギリギリよりは10〜15分早め行動が安心。博多駅でモーニングを探しているなら、「モツビストロ天神ホルモン KITTE博多店」は候補に入れて損なしです。
