Today I would like to introduce a ramen shop near Okayama station.
Rich dried sardine ramen! It is "Ramen Oniboshi."
From the bus heading from the airport to Okayama station, I found a line,
And check the store name, because I had time
I headed there.

I was overwhelmed by the appearance of dried sardines for a while.
The soup comes out anchovy on the front.
It looks greasy, but there is no such thing, there is no egumi
The good part of the dried sardines is pulled out,
It was finished in a luxurious soup.
The salty taste was moderately delicious enough to drink.

The noodles were medium-thick noodles and it was delicious with soup.
Char siu is not defeated by dried sardines
It was a proper char siu.
The onions are purple onions and go well with anchovy soup.
It's nice and crispy.
I went on Saturday, but it was until noon.

I recommend adding raw onions.
