Turned a $5 Marketplace table into a designer coffee table—with microcement! I didn’t ask for dimensions (rookie move), drove way out to pick it up, and got it home only to realize it was way too short to function as a dining table. But instead of reselling it, I made it work. For the legs, I really didn’t want to go with solid wood because I wanted this to be budget friendly. So I just grabbed some pipes from the hardware store, cut them down to size and wrapped them in white oak veneer. Honestly, this was my first time working with veneer like this and I think it looks amazing! How do you think everything turned out?
