... Read moreHave you ever stumbled upon a phrase that just sticks with you, making you ponder its deeper truth? For me, 'I AM THAT I AM' is one of those. It’s not just a collection of words; it feels like a universal key to understanding something profound about existence itself. My journey into its spiritual meaning truly began when I looked into its origins, as recorded in the ancient texts of Exodus. I learned that this powerful declaration, 'Ehayah Asher Ehayah' in Hebrew, was revealed by Elohiym to Mosheh (Moses) when he questioned God's name. Imagine Moses, standing before the burning bush, tasked with leading the children of Yashar'el out of Mitsrayim. He asks, 'What shall I say to them if they ask your name?' And the response is this incredible statement: 'I AM THAT I AM.' What does this truly mean for our spiritual lives? For me, it speaks volumes about God's eternal and self-existent nature. It's not 'I *was*' or 'I *will be*', but 'I AM' – present, continuous, and absolute. It suggests an unending source of being, a constant presence that transcends time. This revelation to Mosheh wasn't just a name; it was a definition of divine identity, a promise of steadfastness to all generations. It’s 'my name forever, and my mention to all generations,' as the scripture says. Understanding this has transformed how I perceive the divine. It reminds me that God is not confined by our human limitations or expectations. He simply *is*. This truth offers immense comfort and stability in a world constantly changing. It’s like a spiritual anchor, affirming that there is an unchanging reality at the core of everything. Furthermore, the text highlights how this name connects to the 'Elohai of Avraham, Yitschaq, and Ya'aqov' – linking past covenants with an ever-present God. It shows a continuous, personal relationship with humanity, maintained throughout history. The 'Yahuah Elohai' mentioned further emphasizes this personal, covenantal aspect of the divine. For anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual understanding, reflecting on 'I AM THAT I AM' can be incredibly enriching. It invites us to contemplate the very essence of divinity, to recognize an ever-present, self-sufficient force that is the source of all life. It encourages a shift from trying to define God by attributes to simply acknowledging His absolute existence. What a profound truth to carry with us!

No one will ever love you good enough, if you don’t love yourself… And that’s a tough thing to do nowadays…I will admit, I don’t always feel the most confident in my body. Some days are better than others. I try to practice body neutrality more than anything. I remind myself that my body is

I AM DATING WHILE MARRIED
My husband and I made a promise to each other before getting married that we wouldn’t stop dating each other! This promise will follow us through all new chapters and phases of life! We prioritize one at home date per work week + one out-on-the-town date per week, usually a Friday or Saturday ev
