✨So excited to be aboard the Norwegian Sky for the next 10 days!!! ✨ My friend Marissa and I have been planning this cruise since September! Starting a cruise from a more southern country makes it easier to hit more islands and have less sea days!
This morning we took a 20 minute taxi ride from our resort to the cruise terminal in La Romana. Check-in was a breeze. We did have to pay $20 each for a departure tax that the Dominican Republic charges. We proceeded to our room and I was surprised with our room being decorated for my birthday this month! 🥰 Thanks Marissa! We grabbed some dinner and caught the sunset. Watching sunsets are one of my favorite things to do on vacation! So stay tuned for more orange sky’s throughout the trip! 🌞
