Goal: To add more color but still keep it monochromatic.

Why? To avoid adding pieces that I can't currently add into regular rotation to save money but still add colors other than black.

I've noticed what styles I've always wanted to get into but haven't due to me collecting primarily black pieces so I wouldn't have to worry about a color/design that can't fit into my wardrobe easily and avoid possibly wasting money.
In the summer, I've always leaned more towards mermaid looks or a little y2k. While in the fall and winter, I've always leaned more towards more pink and girly fashion. It's cozy and a little bit luxury looking or more "shoujo girl" fashion.
keeping everything in mind, I felt adding 2 basics (brown and white/cream) and my favorite color (pink) would be a good way to start. Especially when it easily fits into what I want to achieve, my personal taste, and budgeting. Since all pieces would relatively be the same color and are interchangeable with season dependent aesthetics easily if styled correctly with a few seasonal pieces fitting the same requirements (coats, bikini's, etc.)
