Yummy easy breakfast

Potato shreds, few pieces of chopped up kielbasa, onions and peppers with seasonings and butter. Air fried for 20 minutes. 🫶♥️ really needed something filling this morning since I rarely eat in the mornings but I was off today. Usually have to force myself to eat around 9-10am because my body doesn’t tell me it’s hungry but today it let me know with a roarrr!!!

Using an air fryer not only speeds up the cooking process but also reduces the amount of added oil, making this a healthier option compared to traditional frying. Incorporating ingredients like onions and peppers not only adds vibrant flavors but also boosts the nutrient content with vitamins and antioxidants. For seasoning, you can customize with herbs like paprika, garlic powder, or a pinch of cayenne for a mild kick. This recipe is especially great for those who don't usually feel hungry in the morning but want to nourish their body with a fulfilling meal when their appetite does kick in. You might also try pairing this dish with a side of fresh fruit or a low-fat yogurt to create a balanced breakfast. The flexibility of ingredients means you can swap kielbasa with other protein sources such as turkey sausage or tofu for a vegetarian twist. If you want to try this recipe but don’t have an air fryer, baking in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes can yield similar crispy results. Don’t forget to toss the mixture halfway through cooking to ensure even browning. This easy-to-make breakfast is perfect for busy mornings or leisurely weekends, offering a delicious start that fuels your day without fuss.
