Good Morninf Tea
Warming the soul from the inside out. This is my go-to morning brew! My simple process:
1. Simmer a pot of water with fresh ginger and cinnamon.
2. Once boiling, I pour it over a blend of Tulsi (2 pinches) and other herbs (1 pinch each) and let the magic happen.
I personally love starting my day with this on an empty stomach. (I am not a doctor so please do your own research!)

Creating a wholesome morning tea can be a revitalizing ritual to boost your health and mood. This tea blend, featuring ginger root, cinnamon sticks, Tulsi (also known as holy basil), and a delicate mix of supporting herbs, is known for multiple wellness benefits. Fresh ginger root is celebrated for its ability to stimulate circulation and blood flow while providing antiviral properties. Cinnamon sticks add a warm, soothing flavor and help regulate glucose levels, which can stabilize energy throughout the day. Tulsi, or holy basil, is revered in herbal medicine for its stress-protective effects, support in stabilizing blood sugar, and respiratory health benefits such as helping treat asthma symptoms. The additional herbs, used in smaller amounts like nettle leaf, marshmallow leaf, and sat straw, further enhance the blend by offering nutrient absorption aid, detoxification, soothing effects on the digestive system, and relief from nervous exhaustion. Starting your day with this tea on an empty stomach, as many herbal enthusiasts recommend, can support digestion and prepare your body to absorb nutrients efficiently. It’s important to note that individual experiences may vary, and consulting with a healthcare professional is advised if you have any medical conditions. This herbal tea ritual not only nurtures the body but can also become a mindful moment of calm before the day begins. The combination of carefully selected herbs creates a cup that not only tastes comforting but contributes to overall well-being. Whether your goal is to soothe inflammation, improve circulation, or find a natural way to manage blood sugar and stress, this morning tea offers a holistic approach rooted in centuries of herbal wisdom.

Sounds healthy, but I'll stick to my iced coffee. Maybe I'll try it... next year?
