No Prep Lunches - that aren't salad

Here are my go-to easy to put together/grab-and-go high protein meals that keep me full through a busy shift 🏥or just when mom life gets the best of me and I just need something to eat.

*All ingredients were found at my local Walmart in western PA.

Tuna seaweed snacks - mix a tuna pack with some mayo and eat on seaweed chips. for even more protein, have edamame on the side

Chicken bacon ranch dip - mix 1 can of chicken, 1 tbsp of bacon bits, a single serve of cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cheese (add some ranch seasoning for more flavor). microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. eat with ranch quest chips or even in a wrap

turkey roll ups - half cheese sticks and wrap in turkey, complete snack box with fruit and chips of choice

rotini - microwave rotini according to package directions. serve with a side of cottage cheese (or mix in - you just have to trust me on this one) and cucumber (w/ranch)
