Aldi Easter Brunch On a Budget ($15)
Quick & Easy Breakfast Casserole
Prices based on my local Aldi in western PA through Instacart (full time night shift working mom of a one-year-old here - don't hate) so prices may be slightly lower in store
I don't count basic essentials like milk and spices towards total price.
Everything you need:
1 cup gluten free baking mix (you can use any breakfast mix here - which will also make this slightly cheaper if not gf)

Brown sausage and drain fat. Mix baking mix, milk, eggs, and seasonings. Layer sausage and cheese in a casserole dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes or until done.
