Easy White Chicken Chili – Under $15 at Aldi
Prices based on my local Aldi in southwest VA through Instacart so prices may be slightly lower in store.
I don't count basic essentials like eggs, milk, and spices towards total price.
Instant pot directions: add all ingredients (except chips) to instant pot. season with 1 tsp each of cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic and onion powder. cook for 15 minutes, release pressure. shred chicken. Add chicken back to pot, stir well and make sure the cream cheese is fully melted (may look chunky but will melt eventually) serve with chips on top or on the side. Additional toppings if desired - lime, avocado, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro
