The Guadalupe River in February this year. Who would have thought that something so beautiful in one season could bring peace and healing, yet in another season bring chaos and sorrow, as it did this past weekend? I acknowledge that the river is not entirely to blame, and this is a natural consequence of weather patterns. I am simply reflecting on how unpredictable life can be, how crucial it is to anchor ourselves in faith, and to appreciate the time we have on earth, loving one another whenever possible. Life can change in an instant; what appears to be a safe haven can become a nightmare, and what was once a nightmare can become a catalyst for growth and transformation. #ButGod #selahmoments
