2. External Rinse (Diluted)

• Mix 1 tablespoon of ACV with 1 cup of warm, filtered water. Use as an external rinse in the shower.

3. Drink It (Optional)

• 1–2 teaspoons diluted in a large glass of water (and drink with a straw to protect your teeth).

• This may help gut and digestive health, which is connected to vaginal health via the gut-vagina axis.
