1. Practising trust in yourself Trust is a muscle. Each time you back yourself, it strengthens. This is deeply linked to confidence and the solar plexus. Second guessing weakens intuition. Self belief strengthens it. 2. Practising emotional safety in the body Intuition flows when emotions are allowed to be felt. When feelings are pushed down, intuition gets blocked. Being safe to feel is being safe to receive information. 3. Practising body-based listening If you are constantly in your head, intuition struggles to land. Headaches, pressure, or overthinking often point to a third eye imbalance. Slow down, breathe, move gently, and reconnect with the body. 4. Practising inner listening over outer noise An imbalanced throat chakra shows up as not listening to yourself. Stillness creates clarity. Quiet time helps you hear your own guidance again. PS If you keep asking everyone else what you should do, that is a sign you are not listening to yourself yet. Create space. Slow down. Let your own answers rise. #trust #intuition #energyhealing #energy #spirituality

... Read moreConnecting more deeply with your intuition is an empowering journey that involves consistent practice and self-awareness. From personal experience, I've found that treating trust like a muscle truly transforms how I perceive my inner guidance. Each time I choose to trust my instincts, no matter how small the decision, it strengthens my confidence and sharpens my intuitive abilities. In addition, creating emotional safety within the body is fundamental. When emotions are acknowledged and felt rather than suppressed, it opens up channels for intuitive insights. I've noticed that during moments when I allow myself to fully experience my feelings without judgment, my intuitive clarity increases remarkably. Body-based listening is another essential practice. For me, slowing down and tuning into physical sensations helps overcome mental overload and third eye imbalances that manifest as headaches or excessive overthinking. Gentle movement like yoga or mindful walking combined with deep breathing brings me back into alignment, making it easier to receive subtle intuitive messages. Lastly, carving out quiet time away from external distractions is critical. Regular stillness practices such as meditation or simply sitting quietly have enabled me to separate my inner voice from the noise of others' opinions. By prioritizing inner listening, I’ve been able to cultivate a clearer, more reliable connection with my authentic guidance. These practices—trust-building, emotional safety, body awareness, and inner listening—work synergistically to deepen intuition. Remember, it's a gradual process; patience and kindness toward yourself greatly enhance the journey toward being more connected and grounded in your intuitive wisdom.
