... Read moreFrom my own journey in energy healing, I’ve learned that what we feed our minds and emotions has a direct impact on our energy and life experiences. When I constantly tuned into social media drama or negative gossip, I noticed that stressful situations and conflicts seemed to amplify around me. It felt like the more I engaged with that energy, the more it manifested in my daily life. One practical approach I recommend is taking a conscious break from consuming low vibrational content for at least a month. This pause isn’t about ignoring reality but rather about choosing what energies you allow to influence your mindset. During this time, I replaced drama-filled content with uplifting and balanced sources like inspirational videos, mindfulness podcasts, or healing practices like kinesiology exercises. This intentional shift helped me notice a calmer, more harmonious environment around me. The universe seemed to respond positively by aligning circumstances that supported my inner peace and growth. It’s important to reflect regularly on how your media habits and the energies you engage with affect your overall well-being. By becoming mindful of your focus and pulling back from toxic energies, you can create space for higher vibrational experiences and healing. Energy healing coaches often emphasize self-awareness and moderation in what we consume, both mentally and emotionally. Remember, the universe mirrors your internal state, so by nourishing positive and balanced energies, you invite more of the same into your life. Take time to pause, reflect, and choose mindfully what you give attention to—your energetic health will thank you for it.

Stop begging the Universe with manifestation.
There is a quiet but important difference between manifesting and conjuring, and most people feel it long before they can explain it. Manifestation culture teaches you to ask nicely, stay positive, and hope something hears you. Conjure assumes something already does. Begging is rooted in lack.
