First of all, this is an assumption based on the experience that May and other vendors have experienced from the previous year. It's not a 100% conclusion. Read it one by one and apply it for your own sake.
What is the TPT remittance mechanism?
TPT will send an email and Hyperwallet starts processing around the 10th day of the month. When the email comes, it means that the money has been transferred. It takes a few business days for the money to arrive at the central bank and enter the Thai bank (sometimes in the morning of the 11th).
Typically, TPT only transfers on business days. Although there used to be some transfers on Saturdays and Sundays, they occur very rarely and at the end of 2025, none.
(For example, in January 2026, it was transferred on a Saturday. It is considered a possible opportunity.)

If the money date should fall on Saturday-Sunday, the system will postpone the Monday transfer instead.
The problem occurs when the money reaches the Thai bank on a public holiday, the system switches from Local Transfer to SWIFT or BAHTNET instead, which has an increase in fees, or worse, the money is bounced back.
Note: TPT does not set the exact transfer date. It only says that it does not exceed the 21st of each month. This information is the only guide.

⭐ April - very high risk.
On April 10, on Friday → Email and money have been transferred → Travel through the central bank for 2-3 business days → Money should arrive in Thailand Monday, April 13, which is Songkran Day.
Simulate the event
Friday the 10th → Email notice. The money has been transferred out.
Saturday 11 + Sunday 12 → Money is on the way. The system is not working.
Monday 13 → Money to Thai banks, but it's Songkran Day.

This is the same case that May actually found in October 2025. At that time, TPT transferred on Monday, October 13, the day of the demise. Rama 9, the money was processed with SWIFT instead of Local Transfer, and the fee was deducted, so April 2026 is at risk in the same way.
August ⭐ - Careful.
On August 10, on Monday → Email and money have been transferred → Travel through the central bank for 2-3 business days → Money may arrive in Thailand on Tuesday 11 or Wednesday 12 August. Wednesday 12 is Mother's Day.

Tuesday the 11th → Money is on the way to the central bank. There's a chance to enter today.
Wednesday 12 → If the money is not on Tuesday, it will come to the Thai bank today, which is Mother's Day.

However, this is much less risky, because if the money arrives at the central bank early, there is a chance to enter each Thai bank from Tuesday 11, which is a normal business day. The risk depends on how quickly or late the money arrives.
October ⭐ - Risky (but not as high as April)
October 10 is on Saturday → Email and money have been transferred, but Thailand's central bank system stops Saturday-Sunday. It should be transferred on Monday 12 instead → Money travels through the central bank for 2-3 working days → There is a chance that money will reach Thailand on Tuesday, October 13, which is exactly the day of the death of Rama 9.

Saturday 10 + Sunday 11 → There may be an email from TPT, but the money is not transferred. Wait for business day.
Monday the 12th → Money transferred out. Start traveling through the central bank. Have a chance to enter today.
Tuesday 13 → If the money is not on Monday, it will come to the Thai bank today, which is a public holiday.

However, in this case, the risk may not be as high as April, because there is a chance that money can enter the Thai bank from Monday the 12th, which is a normal business day. Some people may be fully paid without problems, depending on how quickly or late the money arrives at the central bank.
Other months in 2026, May has not seen a public holiday to collide with the TPT transfer. It is considered that this year we have enough preparation information in advance of 2025.
