My Current Favorite Podcasts

More recently I have truly become a podcast girly. I honestly prefer it and use it as a tool to enrich myself and keep me motivated on a daily basis!

1. A BETTER YOU -

If you watch Fernanda on YT you know she has the most positive vibe and she brings that same energy onto her new podcast! Its only a few episodes in, but I’m loving it so far and feel super uplifted!

2. THE INFLUENCE COMMUNITY -

One of the best podcasts if you want to take becoming a full time content creator seriously. They really don’t sugar coat the job and give you the in’s and out’s that most people don’t talk about!

3. HOT GIRL ENERGY -

Always makes me feel so motivated and ready for the day after listening! She talks a lot about the importance of routine as well as balance and finding that happy medium across all aspects of your life.

... Read moreI've been on a personal journey to enrich my daily life and stay motivated, and podcasts have truly become my secret weapon! They're not just background noise; for me, they're a consistent source of inspiration, learning, and that much-needed push to be my best self. If you're looking to infuse more 'that girl' energy into your routine, boost your wellness journey, or even get practical insights into content creation, you're in the right place. Beyond just the amazing podcasts I've already shared, I've found even more ways to integrate this audio gold into my daily life. For instance, I often listen during my morning walks, turning exercise into a dual benefit for both my body and mind. This helps me kickstart my day feeling super motivated and ready to tackle anything. When it comes to finding balance and healthy habits, I've personally experimented with listening during my meal prep sessions or while winding down for the evening. It truly transforms mundane tasks into moments of self-improvement and manifestation. Speaking of finding inspiration, I recently stumbled upon another gem that's been a game-changer for my wellness journey: The Balanced Black Girl Podcast. It's a fantastic listen that dives deep into holistic wellness, self-care, and empowerment specifically for women of color. It offers a refreshing perspective on health, community, and finding your inner strength, perfectly aligning with the themes of becoming the best version of oneself and nurturing healthy habits. Discovering podcasts like this has really broadened my understanding of wellness beyond just physical health, embracing mental and emotional well-being too. For those of you aspiring to dive into content creation or elevate your current platform, The Influence Community podcast, which I mentioned, is an absolute must. They don't just talk about the glamorous side; they truly give you the nitty-gritty details, from building an authentic brand to navigating monetization and dealing with the ever-evolving social media landscape. It's like having experienced mentors in your ear, guiding you through the often-complex world of being a digital creator. I've personally taken notes on so many of their episodes, applying their practical advice to my own projects. And for that consistent positive vibe and self-help boost, podcasts like A Better You by Fernanda Ramirez and Hot Girl Energy by Kaylie Stewart are indispensable. They focus on cultivating a positive mindset, setting intentions, and understanding the importance of routine for overall wellness. I often find myself re-listening to their episodes when I need a quick pick-me-up or a reminder to stay focused on my goals and practice manifestation. Remembering to prioritize self-care and finding joy in daily habits is crucial, and these podcasts serve as wonderful guides. My advice for anyone looking to expand their podcast library is to explore beyond just the popular charts. Look for shows that resonate with your specific interests, whether it's health, wellness, motivation, or creative pursuits. Check out the 'related podcasts' sections on your listening platform, read reviews, and don't be afraid to try a few episodes before committing. The right podcast can truly transform your outlook, keep you motivated, and help you on your journey to becoming 'that girl' you've always envisioned.
