HOW TO GET RID OF DARK CIRCLES ✨
I struggle with dark circles myself, and they are one of my biggest insecurities. Here are my biggest tips and tricks for dealing with dark circles:
1. Use a brightening eye cream with ingredients like vitamin c, niacinamide, caffeine, peptides, etc.
2. Use an illuminating eye cream in the morning for an instant brightness boost.
3. ALWAYS apply SPF to your undereye. A mineral sunscreen will help to prevent stinging.
4. Use color correctors before applying concealer
5. Use a retinol eye cream at night
Although I haven’t perfected this, I am here WITH YOU! I want to be more consistent with my eye creams as well. I hope this helps!

Dark circles can be a frustrating issue, often caused by various factors such as lack of sleep, genetics, and even stress. To combat them, incorporating brightening ingredients in your skincare can make a significant difference. Ingredients like vitamin C and niacinamide help to lighten hyperpigmentation, while caffeine can reduce puffiness. Mineral sunscreen is essential as it protects the delicate under-eye area from UV damage, which can exacerbate dark circles. Color correctors can also provide an instant solution; using a peach corrector can neutralize blue tones, providing a more refreshed appearance before concealer. Furthermore, consistency in applying eye creams, particularly those with retinol, can improve skin texture over time as they enhance cell turnover. Always remember to gently tap the product into the skin rather than rubbing, which might cause additional irritation. Establishing a nightly routine and being mindful of your overall wellness, including hydration and sleep, can also support healthier, brighter undereye areas.
