Japan Solo Trip Day 8 - Osaka Amazing Pass Adventure 🎡

Today is the day that we used the Osaka Amazing Pass seriously, so we went to many places, both scenic, cruise and landmark. Although we had to cut off some plans, it was worth it. Because we stayed at the Hilton Osaka before we went out, we stopped by a small shrine near the hotel.

📍 Tsuyuno Tenjinsha (Ohatsu Tenjin)

When we arrived in the morning, we saw a lot of Japanese teenagers. This shrine is popular for making love wishes. The atmosphere is very cute. The amulets are super cute. After making a wish and buying Goshuin, we started using the first Osaka Amazing Pass.

📍 Umeda Sky Building - Kuchu Teien Observatory

💰 Normal admission fee is about 1,500 yen.

We choose to come here early in the morning because we intend to continue traveling elsewhere. When we reach not many people, it is easy to take pictures and do not have to wait for long queues. It is considered a very beautiful scenic spot.

📍 Shitenno-ji Temple

This temple is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Japan. Founded by Prince Shotoku, we walk up to the Five-storied Pagoda. Inside, there will be a staircase to walk up to each floor. With a picture of the story of Buddha history, and the top floor will have an enshrined Buddhist monk.

💰 The regular cruise cost is about 1,500 yen. It's a cruise around the moat of Osaka Castle, so we can see the castle from the other corner. At that time, we saw a lot of people up the queue, so we decided not to go up and travel elsewhere.

We traveled to Osaka Bay, but before continuing our trip, we stopped to eat at the store.

If it came during warmer weather, this would have been more fun, because the day we went was so cold that we had to move from the front of the boat to sit inside to dodge some wind, but even then the view from on the boat was really beautiful.

After getting off the boat, we walked past Kaiyukan Aquarium.

Inside, there was a very cute souvenir shop. I wanted to buy it back too, but at that time the budget started to run out. 😂 And my legs started to hurt a lot, so I didn't enter the aquarium.

The view from the top is very good, the atmosphere is good and can sit alone, which we really sit alone, haha.

It's considered to end the day with another very beautiful Osaka view.

Before we go for something to eat around Dotonbori, really according to the plan, we originally planned to go to Tsutenkaku Tower before coming to Dontodori to take the night view cruise pass with Dotonbori River Cruise, but because of a lot of knee pain, had to cut out.

If that day had completed the planned pass, it would have been worth more.

But even so, but for us, it still feels like the Osaka Amazing Pass is worth it anyway.
