But what happens when your lived experience screams 'TRUST NO ONE!'? It’s a huge contradiction, and honestly, it’s a feeling I’ve grappled with more times than I can count. Whether it’s a whispered secret that wasn’t kept, a friendship that turned sour, or family dynamics that left you guarded, those experiences build walls.
