I Deleted TikTok!?? Did you?
Yes it’s true… I had deleted it not realizing I couldn’t get it back :/ lol but tbh it’s okay. I love making content, and I do miss it sometimes… but idk I kinda enjoy being a Hermit and not scrolling mindlessly. Idk if it’ll ever be back on the app page. But that’s okay too :). Do you still have it on your phone?? If not do you miss it?
👍Pros : social media break, more time to work on music, don’t have to focus on anything but creating behind the scenes. I get to start new. Everything will work out for me in the end. 🫶🏼💋
🤔Cons: it’s TikTok, most of my followers & mutuals were on there. I’m not going to IG. I gotta star over. No more daily news updates, I feel like I lost my community even if it was mostly my mutuals.
⭐️Overall rating: 7/10

Deciding to delete TikTok can be a significant step for many users. As we all know, TikTok has gained massive popularity, influencing trends and creating viral moments. While it offers a platform for creativity and connection, the endless scrolling can also lead to burnout. Many users experience mixed feelings after deleting the app—celebrating newfound time and freedom while wrestling with the loss of community. Taking a break from social media has its advantages. It can enhance mental well-being, allowing users to focus on personal projects, connect with the real world, and cultivate new hobbies. Music enthusiasts, creators, and artists often report feeling more inspired and productive once they step away from the noise of constant notifications. However, for many, the downside can be loneliness or the feeling of detachment from friends and trending content. The decision to leave TikTok also opens up discussions on digital wellbeing. Many individuals are re-evaluating their social media consumption and seeking a more balanced approach. Are you considering a break too? Engaging with friends and family offline, rediscovering passions, and embracing nature can all contribute to a healthier lifestyle. As the conversation around social media evolves, it's essential to find what works best for you.

I was lowkey upset that I deleted tik tok on my phone but I do have it on my iPad. So in a way it’s ok. It’s actually making me take a break from tik tok and not be on it so much. But I honestly care about lemon8 more then tik tok so I was happy I didn’t delete lemon8
