🌸Sunday Study Session🌸

Hey loves,

I had a minute before I had to go to work and I have some assignments to get out of the way!

Last week I had an anatomy test on Thursday and a nutrition test on Friday and I had ZERO time to study for chemistry. So here we are.

Later in the week I have a presentation for Spanish due but ochem is my main op right now. The test is also on Tuesday so it’s absolute grind time since I haven’t been to class for a while.

One effective strategy is to create a structured plan, prioritizing assignments based on their due dates and difficulty levels. Start your Sunday study session with the most challenging subject to maximize focus and energy. Incorporating short breaks can also boost productivity; try the Pomodoro technique, where you study for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break. This method not only helps maintain high levels of concentration but also reduces burnout. Additionally, consider creating a stress-free study environment—clear your desk, eliminate distractions, and have all necessary materials at hand before you begin. Joining study groups can offer mutual support and motivate you to stay on track, especially in tough subjects like organic chemistry or anatomy. Discussing challenging concepts with peers can solidify your understanding. Lastly, don't forget to practice self-care. Adequate rest, hydration, and positive affirmations can significantly enhance your study performance. Remember, a healthy mind is just as important as study techniques!
