I usually begin by making my bed right after waking up at 9:06 am, which gives me a sense of accomplishment early on. Following that, dental care is a must; brushing my teeth with a trusted brand and a focus on whitening and protection takes about 10 minutes. Then, I spend time on hair and skincare around 9:28 am, using favorite products like Glow Recipe’s toner and Milk Shake for that healthy glow, and Grandelash:MD for lash care — these make a noticeable difference in freshness. Breakfast around 9:40 am includes something light yet nourishing, helping to fuel my day without feeling sluggish. By 9:52 am, I take a leisurely shower, often using quality hair treatments like Olaplex to keep my hair strong and hydrated. The shower is a moment to refresh not just the body but also the mind, and I never rush this process. Getting ready by 10:32 am follows, allowing me time to dress and mentally prepare for the day ahead without stress. Around 10:43 am, I make sure to hydrate well, taking a water break that’s essential after all the morning activity. Finally, I wrap up my morning by 11:00 am feeling balanced and ready, appreciating how each step from making the bed to skincare and hydration creates a morning vibe that’s calm, productive, and nurturing. Incorporating these elements regularly helps me cultivate a morning routine aesthetic that’s both practical and satisfying, suited for anyone looking to improve their day’s start with mindful care.
