ถ้าพูดถึงร้านบรันช์ที่ทั้งบรรยากาศและรสชาติถูกใจคนไทยในย่านเลียบด่วน ร้านติติกากา (Titicaca.bkk) คือหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลย ที่ตั้งในโครงการ The Crystal เอกมัย-รามอินทรา ทำให้เดินทางและหาที่จอดรถสะดวกมาก การตกแต่งร้านเน้นบีชคลับวาไรตี้ที่ชวนให้ผ่อนคลาย เหมือนได้พักผ่อนริมชายหาด แม้ว่าร้านจะไม่ใหญ่มากแต่เต็มไปด้วยเมนูที่จัดเต็ม เมนูที่ชอบมากอย่าง Hash Brown ที่ทางร้านนำไปทอดที่ 2 อุณหภูมิ ซึ่งทำให้ได้ความกรอบในแบบนวลๆ ไม่แข็งจนเกินไปและยังคงความกรอบสุด ๆ ดึ๋ง ๆ ชิ้นหนากำลังดี เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบเฟรนช์ฟรายส์กรอบๆ หรือจะเป็นแซนด์วิชเนื้อ ที่หมักและปรุงรสได้พอดี เลือกระดับความสุกของเนื้อได้ตามชอบ เพิ่มความฟินด้วยซอสสูตรพิเศษที่เข้ากันดีมาก เมนูแนะนำที่เหมาะสำหรับมาแบ่งกันคือ Breakfast Plate ที่สามารถคัสตอมได้ตามใจชอบ อย่างในจานที่มี Sourdough, Scrambled Egg, Italian Spicy Sausage, Grilled Bacon, Grilled Tomato, Guacamole และ Mozzarella Cheese ปริมาณเยอะจนแบ่ง 2 คนสบายๆ อีกทั้งเมนูข้าวต้มกุ้ยที่สามารถเลือกกับได้ 3 ถ้วย ด้วยรสชาติผัดและยำที่จัดจ้านแบบครบรส สามารถกินกับข้าวต้มร้อนๆ ได้อย่างลงตัว ส่วนผู้ที่ชื่นชอบรสชาติเผ็ดๆ เพลินกับข้าวผัดแซลมอนพริกน้ำปลาโชยุ ที่ดูเหมือนหน้าตาธรรมดา แต่แฝงด้วยรสชาติพริกซอยหอมๆ และความกลมกล่อมของน้ำปลาพริกยิ่งเพิ่มความกรุบกรอบและความเผ็ดเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ให้เรียกน้ำย่อยตั้งแต่เริ่มวัน สิ่งที่ทำให้ร้านนี้พิเศษขึ้นอีกคือการเสิร์ฟเมล็ดกาแฟหลากหลายชนิด และมีการดริปกาแฟให้ชิมตำรับ Kenya Washed ที่หอมกรุ่นและรสดี เป็นการเพิ่มความพิเศษให้มื้อบรันช์กลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่หาได้ยาก สรุปแล้ว Titicaca.bkk เป็นร้านบรันช์ที่รวมเอาสไตล์บีชคลับเข้ากับความเป็นอาหารเช้าสไตล์เอเชียผสมความเป็นไทยได้อย่างลงตัว เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มองหาอาหารและบรรยากาศดีๆ ในวันสบายๆ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งถ้าคุณรักความกรอบของ Hash Brown หรืออยากลิ้มลองแซนด์วิชเนื้อชั้นดีที่ไม่ต้องไปต่อคิวไกล ๆ ที่ตลาดพลู อย่าลืมแวะมาสัมผัสประสบการณ์นี้กันดูนะครับ!
