"Shiodare" which I learned at the famous restaurant "Mendokoro Honda" in Tokyo is "Shiodare" which condenses the umami of 4 kinds of salt and 8 kinds of seafood.
Using military chicken, whole chicken, etc., we use "chicken soup" that carefully extracts the taste.
It is a cup of the whole body with plenty of commitment of "Guri Tiger" and two kinds of char siu of "smoked char siu" which is hung and baked and "low temperature char siu" which is slowly cooked at low temperature.

一宮駅周辺で「ラーメンどこ行く？」って迷ったとき、駅直結でサクッと入れるのがぐり虎食堂のありがたいところでした。改札を出てから雨でもほぼ濡れずに行けるので、予定の合間や帰宅前の一杯にも向いています。 私が頼んだ特製鶏塩ラーメンは、見た目が透き通った黄金色で、ひと口目から塩だれの旨みがしっかり。さっぱりなのに物足りなさがなくて、最後まで飲みたくなるタイプのスープでした。麺は“もちもち”感が強めで、スープとの絡みが良い印象。チャーシューが燻製っぽい香りのものと、しっとり柔らかい低温系の2種類で、食感が変わるのも楽しかったです。 一緒に付けた黒毛和牛の焼きすきごはんは、ラーメン屋さんの「ごはんもの」ってレベルを超えてる感じ。塩ラーメンのさっぱり感と、焼きすきの甘辛さが交互に来て満足度が上がりました。がっつり食べたい日はセット推しです。 友達が食べていた特製魚介つけ麺（豚骨魚介系が気になる人向け）は、つけ汁が濃厚そうで、麺をつけた時の香りが強め。塩とつけ麺で迷うなら、さっぱり派は鶏塩、パンチ派は魚介つけ麺が選びやすいと思います。 席はカウンターとテーブルがあって、おひとりさまでも入りやすい雰囲気。店内もきれいで、初めてでも緊張しにくかったです。ちなみに「ぐり虎 栄」など名古屋の店舗に行ったことがある人は、一宮でも同じく外しにくいはず。 行く前のメモ：営業時間（11:00〜22:00/LO21:30）や定休日は施設に準ずるので、最新情報は公式で確認してからが安心です。駅近で“ちゃんとおいしい”一杯を探している人におすすめでした。
