実際に行ってみて便利だなと思ったのが、栄駅と久屋大通駅のどちらからでも行きやすい立地です。テレビ塔の近くで、「セントラルパーク6B出口を出たら目の前」という分かりやすさは、はじめての人にもかなり助かります。休日やごはんどきは賑わっていることが多いので、並びたくない日は時間を少しずらすのがおすすめです。 メニューの基本は“自分で選ぶ麻辣湯”。食材や麺をバイキング形式で取って、グラムで量り売り（1g＝4円）という仕組みなので、少なめにして軽く食べることも、がっつり具だくさんにすることもできます。私は欲張って野菜やきのこを多めに取りがちなのですが、量り売りだと価格が分かりやすくて調整しやすいのが良かったです。「麻辣湯倶楽部 メニュー」で探している人は、まずこの“量り売り”を前提に、食べたい具材の量をイメージしておくと失敗しにくいと思います。 スープ（味）は、定番の麻辣湯だけじゃなく、辛いのが苦手な人向けに牛骨湯、そして汁なしの麻辣拌も選べるのがポイント。同行者と辛さの好みが違っても選択肢があるので、「麻辣湯って気になるけど辛いのが不安…」という人でも挑戦しやすいです。辛さも段階で選べるので、初回は控えめ→次回ちょい上げ、みたいに自分の“ちょうどいい”を探すのが楽しいです。 店内は木目ベースでカフェっぽく、壁画など中国っぽい装飾もあって雰囲気が良いです。相席なしなのも地味にうれしいところで、ひとりごはんでも周りに気を遣いにくい印象でした。 ちなみに、名古屋の麻辣湯は「楊国福」など他にも選択肢があるので、好みで使い分けるのもあり。私は“アクセスの良さ”と“辛さ調整のしやすさ”で、栄エリアなら麻辣湯倶楽部をリピ候補に入れました。行く前は営業時間（11:30〜23:00）や定休日（不定休）だけ、公式で最新情報をチェックしてから向かうのがおすすめです。
