Spending a day in Amsterdam exploring creative workshops and wellness activities has been a refreshing and uplifting experience. Starting with Pilates at PT Studio 7 through ClassPass helped me release tension and boost my energy, which was especially important during my personal journey after a breakup. I found that trying out different studios kept the routine exciting, making each session feel like a new adventure rather than a workout. After Pilates, I rented a Swapfiets bike, which was super convenient for both short and long-term use. The unique subscription model made it easy for me to explore the city at my own pace without worrying about maintenance or parking. The highlight was definitely attending the ceramics workshop at Pansy. I painted my own banchan bowls, designed with small dogs that bring a smile every time I eat. It was such a calming and rewarding activity to create something personal and practical—perfect for my solo meals. The artist Lina even introduced me to another local artist who offers tufting classes at Shaggies, expanding my creative horizons. Wrapping up the day, I enjoyed a fantastic pizza at Pizza Vagabond, which turned out to be a perfect treat after a day full of movement and creativity. This blend of physical activity, artistic creation, and good food truly made my Amsterdam experience special and memorable. If you’re visiting or living in Amsterdam, I highly recommend combining wellness, art, and local eats to nurture both body and soul.
