✨ Sometimes the first thing we see isn't the whole story... ✨

Today I asked Spirit for one simple thing:

"Show me a card that represents me right now." 🩵

I pulled the Seven of Wands. 🛡️

My first thought?

"Well... dang. Am I being attacked?" 😂

But then I sat with it for a second and another thought floated in...

"Wait... maybe this isn't about me being attacked. Maybe it's about me finally defending myself." 🤯💛

So I asked for a clarifier.

🌟 The Star.

That changed everything.

Instead of seeing someone struggling, I started seeing someone protecting the healing they've worked so hard for. Someone learning that boundaries aren't walls—they're acts of self-love. 💖

The shadow card was the King of Pentacles. 👑🌿

To me, it felt like Spirit gently saying,

"You're growing into someone who doesn't have to explain or prove themselves. Stay grounded. Trust yourself." 🤍

One of the biggest lessons tarot keeps teaching me is this...

Sometimes the cards don't change...

Our perspective does. ✨

The first thing we notice isn't always the deepest message. That's why I love sitting with a card before rushing to Google or a guidebook. Our intuition deserves a chance to speak first. 🌙🙏

And honestly... sometimes Spirit is just waiting for us to stop panicking long enough to realize...

"Sweet soul... you're not losing yourself. You're finally standing up for yourself." 🥹🫶

That hit me right in the heart today.

💜

... Read moreWhen working with tarot cards like the Seven of Wands, The Star, and the King of Pentacles, the true depth often unfolds when we allow ourselves the space to reflect rather than rush to interpretations. I've found that the Seven of Wands, traditionally seen as a card of challenge and defense, can also symbolize the empowering act of asserting healthy boundaries instead of feeling attacked. In my personal experience, setting boundaries felt uncomfortable at first, but gradually it became a form of self-love and protection. The presence of The Star as a clarifier in a reading is profoundly uplifting. It reminded me that healing is ongoing and that maintaining hope and faith in oneself is crucial. This card encouraged me to nurture my spiritual and emotional growth, much like tending to a garden that blossomed over time. It also highlighted the importance of being guided by intuition and trusting the process, which aligns with the idea of not rushing to consult external sources before listening inwardly. Finally, the King of Pentacles brought a grounding energy, symbolizing maturity, stability, and self-reliance. From my perspective, this card reassured me that growth involves trusting oneself without feeling the need to justify who we are to others. It’s a reminder to stay rooted in our values and to be patient with our journey. In essence, tarot readings that initially seem challenging can transform into empowering messages once we shift our perspective. Sitting with cards like these invites us to embrace a gentle yet firm stance in our personal evolution. Embracing the idea that boundaries are not walls but acts of self-love was a significant revelation, teaching me that the first glance is seldom the full story. The journey to self-discovery and spiritual awakening is ongoing, and tarot serves as a mirror helping us see beyond the surface to our inner strength and healing potential.

Sometimes what feels like “burnout” isn’t exhaustion… it’s disconnection. When life gets repetitive, your spirit gets quiet—not because it’s gone, but because it’s waiting for something new to respond to. You don’t need to overhaul your whole life. Start small. Walk somewhere different.
