ADVICE NEEDED! pls help lol.
Does anyone know what to do to fix this? It’s mostly flat, not inflamed pimples or anything. There is a slight amount of texture but it’s just mostly red and splotchy as you can see. It’s the same way on the other side of my face too.
I wash my pillowcase often. I drink a ton of water. I don’t wear a LOT of makeup (concealer, a bit of bronzer and blush, thats my daily makeup).
So what should I do? Any methods, products or techniques that I should try??

Dealing with skin concerns such as redness and texture can be frustrating. It's essential to understand that splotchy skin may arise from various factors, including skin care routines, diet, and environmental influences. To help calm inflammation and redness, consider incorporating soothing ingredients into your routine, like aloe vera, chamomile, or green tea extract. Additionally, over-the-counter treatments containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can be beneficial for treating underlying causes. Always ensure your products are non-comedogenic to avoid clogging pores. Lifestyle habits also play a critical role; increasing your intake of antioxidants through fruits and vegetables can help enhance skin health. Don't forget the importance of consistent sun protection to prevent further irritation. Furthermore, engaging with others facing similar issues in forums or social media can provide additional tips and support. Remember, it's important to consult a dermatologist if conditions don't improve or worsen, as they can provide tailored advice and treatment options. Embracing a gentle, careful approach to skin care can lead to significant improvements. Overall, finding the right balance for your skin often requires patience and experimentation with different routines and products.

something that helped my daughter.... wash face with an antibacterial soap. she likes the soft soap, then she pats dry and then uses this generic lotion (she found it worked best for her) from Walmart. she uses satin pillow cases and keeps her hair up during the night.
