These makeup product purchases are a no brainer…
I don’t use a TON of makeup, but I do my makeup every day. And these are my tried and true products that I practically have on auto refill in my makeup bag.
The Ulta Baked Bronzer I have used for years and love it. It’s inexpensive but looks and feels high quality, and truly it is a good quality bronzer.
Benefit’s Benetint is a product I got from a Lemon8 box in like 2023 or early 2024 I think, and it has lasted me SO long. There’s still even some left in there, and you bet I’m going to use every last drop.
It gives me the perfect sun-kissed look!
As for the PUR Magnetic Mascara, I love it because it has clean ingredients and doesn’t hardly smear when I wear it throughout the day. It “uses innovative magnetic technology to coat each lash for dramatic volume and length.” I love this stuff!
What are your favorite makeup products that you are loyal too?!

We all want to know: is this makeup product really worth the price? When it comes to building a beauty routine, especially for everyday essentials, figuring out which items truly deliver value can be a game-changer. I've been on a mission myself to find those 'holy grail' products that aren't just good, but are genuinely worth it – whether it’s for their performance, longevity, or how they make me feel. So, what makes a makeup product 'worth it'? For me, it boils down to a few key factors. First, performance. Does it do what it promises? The Ulta Baked Bronzer I adore is a perfect example; it's inexpensive but truly looks and feels high quality, giving a beautiful, natural warmth that makes it a highly favored bronzer in my collection. It’s hard to put a price on a product that consistently performs above its pay grade. Secondly, longevity both in wear and in the product itself. Take the Benefit Benetint, for instance. I received a small bottle of this pink liquid lip and cheek tint ages ago, and it has lasted me an incredibly long time, still delivering that perfect sun-kissed look. When a product lasts for months, even with daily use, you're definitely getting your money's worth. It’s less about the initial cost and more about the cost per use. Similarly, a reliable mascara tube, like the PUR Magnetic Mascara, which gives flawless lashes without smearing throughout the day, saves me from constant touch-ups and product waste, reinforcing its value. Ingredients and ethical considerations also play a huge role. Knowing that a product like the PUR Magnetic Mascara uses clean ingredients adds to its perceived worth. It's not just about looking good, but feeling good about what you're putting on your skin. This makes the choice a no-brainer for me, as it aligns with my personal values. Finally, the sheer joy and confidence a product brings. That feeling when you look in the mirror and love your makeup? Priceless! These are the items that become part of your everyday 'makeup bag refills,' the ones you don't even think twice about repurchasing. Seeing a well-used compact or a nearly empty bottle of my favorite lip and cheek tint just confirms that I’ve made a smart investment in my beauty routine. It’s about curating a collection of items that enhance your natural beauty and simplify your daily routine, like finding the perfect yellow makeup sponge that blends everything seamlessly. Ultimately, a product's worth is deeply personal, but by considering these aspects, you can build a makeup bag filled with true essentials that you genuinely love and that stand the test of time.
