best college covid decision i made ❤️

4/30 Edited to

... Read moreReflecting on my college experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, I can confidently say that the best decision I made was to prioritize my health and adaptability in the face of unprecedented challenges. When lockdowns began and campuses closed, it was tempting to succumb to uncertainty and frustration, but I chose to focus on what I could control. One major change was embracing remote learning wholeheartedly. At first, it was difficult to adjust to online classes, especially without the usual campus environment. However, over time I developed a routine that included dedicated study spaces and scheduled breaks, which significantly improved my concentration and productivity. This decision not only helped me maintain my grades but also built skills in digital communication and self-discipline that will benefit me long-term. Another pivotal aspect was maintaining strong connections with family and friends, despite physical distancing. The simple question from the OCR text "mom, do you remember the day we met?" reminded me of the importance of cherishing relationships during tough times. Regular video calls and heartfelt messages kept me grounded and provided emotional support throughout. Lastly, I took advantage of the slower pace to reflect on my goals and mental health. Practicing mindfulness and setting realistic expectations allowed me to stay positive amid uncertainty. This period taught me resilience and reinforced the value of adaptability — lessons that went far beyond academics. If you are facing similar disruptions, I encourage you to focus on your wellbeing, find purposeful routines, and nurture your support network. The pandemic may have changed the college experience, but with thoughtful decisions, it can lead to growth and unexpected opportunities.

How I study as a college student
There’s so many more logistics when it comes to studying, COVID had messed up my study routine and I’m just now starting to get it back. My advice might not be the best, but it’s what’s best for me. <3

Photos That Make Me Miss College
