Madewell fall try on 🤍

Mel has so many amazing things in for fall right now and they're also doing a lot of markdowns! The denim jacket I found was marked down to half off whatever originally was which meant and an amazing deal for me! Let me know what your favorite is and what you think I got.

I really liked this boucle striped top! This comes in multiple color wise and is $68! The combination of the navy and the cranberry is gorgeous for fall in my opinion and combined two colors I wear a lot in the season. I am in a S!

Then I tried on a pair of the jeans that the sales associate told me are very popular! I tried on a size 28 and I think that that's my normal size with Madewell jeans. They're very comfortable and I understand the hype! These are $128.

I wasn't really a fan of the cut of this embroidered top. It was also $128 and for that price I would want something more flattering. Love the embroidery and the contrast of the stitching and the black color though so this was a bummer.

I tried on the Madewell version of the that's taking over the tank. I was not really a fan of this cut especially compared to other brands that I've tried! This is a size small and was $58.

I was talking about this was marked down $50 and I really like the color! It's slightly cropped which I liked because it shows off more of your natural waist.

Lastly I tried on this top another girl had picked to try. Looked great on her and meh on me! It's $64 and super cute but something about this wasn't flattering on me, could be extra material?

... Read moreOkay, so I just had to share some extra thoughts after my recent Madewell fall try-on! Beyond the pieces I showed you, I’m constantly impressed by how Madewell truly embodies effortless fall fashion. It’s not just about a single item; it's about building a wardrobe that feels cohesive and chic, perfect for the changing seasons. One of my favorite things about Madewell's fall collection is how they nail those essential women's fashion trends without being overly trendy. Think rich, earthy tones, cozy textures like the boucle top I tried (which was $68 in size S!), and denim that feels lived-in from day one. These aren’t just clothes you wear for a season; they’re pieces that become staples. They excel at seasonal transitions – a lightweight knit can be worn alone on a mild fall day, then layered under a jacket (like that amazing markdown denim jacket I found!) when the chill really sets in. It’s all about creating looks that adapt to unpredictable fall weather. Madewell also shines in its versatility for different occasions. While they might not be making activewear like FP Movement, their focus on comfort means their clothes move with you, making them ideal for a busy lifestyle. Those $128 jeans (size 28, stretchy!) are perfect for running errands, but you can easily elevate them with a polished blouse and boots for a casual dinner. I love how I can wear a simple Madewell top, like the one I tried for $58 in size S, for a relaxed weekend, and then pair it with tailored trousers for a more smart-casual look. They truly cater to the everyday woman who wants to look stylish without sacrificing comfort. And while I didn't find a dedicated “matching set” in this haul, Madewell makes it super easy to create your own coordinated outfits. Their color palettes always complement each other, so you can mix and match different tops and bottoms to create a fresh look. For instance, pairing a new knit with your favorite Madewell jeans is a no-brainer for a put-together vibe. When it comes to Madewell women's tops, I always look for unique details – maybe a subtle puff sleeve, a flattering neckline, or a unique texture. It’s those small touches that make their pieces feel special. When I think about Madewell competitors, what often sets Madewell apart for me is their commitment to quality and classic styling that lasts. While other brands might offer similar items, Madewell's denim often has a superior fit and comfort (remember those $128 jeans?), and their fabrics tend to hold up really well. They strike a fantastic balance between quality and accessibility, especially when you catch those sales, like the jacket that was half off or that cool top marked down to $52 in size S. Sometimes, I'll even snag a unique piece like the one I tried (priced at $64 in size M) that another girl picked, just to see how it fits into my existing wardrobe. Ultimately, shopping at Madewell for fall is about more than just buying clothes; it's about curating a wardrobe that feels authentically *you*. Whether you're hunting for the perfect pair of jeans, a versatile top, or just exploring the latest seasonal trends, Madewell has a way of delivering pieces that fit seamlessly into your life. Happy fall shopping!
