Hii! I recently posted a thingy about my weight loss! It happened 3 years ago and ever since I had my son it's been slowly creeping back up on me..

I will be starting gradually for sure, but am hoping to be doing it daily eventually! Healthy food for me is a huge struggle and i'm working on it! So any tips or things you eat during the day would help greatly!
