Holding double digits
Hey everyone! So you saw the stats, right? Hitting those double-digit kills and securing a Champion Squad win in Apex Legends always feels amazing. It's not just about luck; there's definitely a strategy to consistently performing well and climbing the ranked ladder. I wanted to share some of my personal tips that have really helped me maximize my APEX DAMAGE and APEX KILLS. First off, weapon choice is crucial. While personal preference plays a big role, having a balanced loadout is key. I often run an R-301 or Flatline for mid-range engagements, paired with a shotgun like the Peacekeeper or an SMG like the R-99 for close-quarters mayhem. Knowing when to push and when to disengage is also vital. Don't be afraid to take calculated risks, especially if you know you have an advantage. Tracking your APEX DAMAGE throughout the match helps you understand your impact and where you might need to adjust your aggression. When it comes to ranked play and managing your RP, it's a marathon, not a sprint. You'll definitely have those matches where you lose a significant amount of RP, like a -90 RP hit, but don't let it get you down. It's all part of the grind. Focus on consistent performance: getting those early kills and assists, surviving to the later rounds, and always aiming for a Top ranked in finish. Even small gains like +52 RP or +137 RP add up over time. Rotations are super important; try to anticipate where the next ring is going and position your squad strategically to avoid getting caught in the open. Communication with your squad is paramount – call out enemy positions, damage numbers, and what resources you need. Another thing I've found helpful is reviewing my 'last match' performance. What went right? What went wrong? Why did I die? Learning from those moments, especially when you have a match with high kills or damage, helps reinforce good habits. Sometimes, it’s just about getting that '53' damage on an enemy, enabling your teammate to finish them off, and that assist still contributes to your overall success. Ultimately, practice makes perfect. The more you play, the better your aim, game sense, and decision-making will become. Don't be afraid to experiment with different legends and playstyles. The feeling of finally achieving that Champion Squad status, especially after a tough grind, is incredibly rewarding. Keep pushing, legends!
