🌅Morning Routine: start my day with positive affirmations in how lucky I am to be alive and given a chance to do life another day.

🌤Afternoon Routine: maintain my mindset and put healthy things in my body to match my mindset.

🌃Night Routine: Look back on my day and think of how I can improve the person I have become to be even better.

Activities to-do: walk or jog 2.5 miles everyday or every other day. This helps to balance out stress from having a stressful job that can affect your mental health if you allow it.
