Meditation; history and frequencies; spirituality
Currently on a spiritual journey, and the process has been going through strange paths. How can I ground what I Believe.
These steps I've taken are simple enough
- CIA documents and research used in MK ultra and other spiritual experiments (controversial but still)
- Find common beliefs shared in different religions, including paganism, Abrahamic religions, etc.
-Reread my old journals to find my beliefs in youth and what others around me thought.
- Meditation with binaural audios and hertz

Spirituality is a deeply personal journey that often involves exploring various traditions and practices. From meditation techniques to the study of ancient and modern beliefs, it's crucial to reflect on how these elements influence your spiritual path. One effective method is the use of binaural beats, which can enhance meditation by allowing deeper relaxation and focus. Research shows that certain frequencies, like those found in binaural audio, can significantly impact mental states and emotional well-being. These frequencies can be tailored to foster relaxation, alleviate anxiety, or even assist in reaching meditative states. By combining these auditory tools with introspection—such as reexamining childhood beliefs or studying various religious doctrines—you can create a personalized spiritual practice that resonates with your core values. Understanding the historical context of spiritual practices, including controversial topics like MK Ultra, sheds light on the complexities of spirituality in modern times. It’s essential to engage with these topics critically while respecting the beliefs of others across different religions, from paganism to the Abrahamic traditions. Exploring commonalities among faiths can foster a sense of unity and deeper comprehension of the human experience in spirituality.
