Nike Training Club Favorites
Nike Training Club is a completely free workout app with over 600 videos to pick from. Ranging from beginner to advanced, you can pick a 5 minute work out or 30 minute - there really is no way to use the excuse that you don’t have time. It’s time to show up for yourself.
These are some of my favorite short workouts that are easy to follow and I can do a few every morning before my daughter wakes up. They are fast enough I can even do one or two when she’s awake!

Okay, so if you're anything like me, finding time for a full gym session can feel impossible sometimes. That's why I absolutely love the Nike Training Club app, especially for those quick, no-excuse bodyweight workouts. Seriously, it's a lifesaver when you just need to move your body but don't have equipment or a lot of time. I've found that bodyweight exercises are incredibly effective, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to maintain your fitness. You're using your own body as resistance, which builds functional strength, improves endurance, and can be done literally anywhere – your living room, a hotel room, even a small patio space. No excuses about needing a fancy gym membership or expensive dumbbells! The NTC app has so many fantastic options, but let me tell you about a few of my go-to's that are perfect for beginners or anyone short on time. For a quick wake-up call, I often jump into the '5-Min HIT: Glute Wake Up Call'. It's short, sharp, and really gets those glutes firing. You'd be surprised how much you can achieve in just five minutes! If you're a runner, or just want to build some upper body strength without weights, the '10-Min Runner's Bodyweight Burn: Upper-Body' is brilliant. It focuses on strengthening the arms and shoulders, which is crucial for good running form and overall posture. And speaking of runners, their '5-Min Runner's Bodyweight Burn: Standing Core' is another gem. It targets your core stability, which is essential for preventing injuries and improving performance, all while standing – no mat needed! For something a little different, especially if you're new to mindful movement, the '5-min Intro to Pilates' is a perfect starting point. It's gentle yet effective, helping you focus on core control, flexibility, and breathing. These shorter workouts are fantastic because you can easily stack them. Maybe do a glute workout, then a core one, and finish with some Pilates for a well-rounded 15-minute session. What really sets NTC apart, in my opinion, is the quality. The trainers are super professional, the instructions are clear, and the video demonstrations make it easy to follow along, even if you're trying a new movement. Plus, it’s completely free, which is incredible for the amount of high-quality content you get. Forget worrying about buggy apps; NTC is consistently reliable and well-produced. It's truly a high-quality platform that's helped me stay consistent with my fitness goals. So, if you're looking to dive into bodyweight workouts or just need a fresh way to incorporate fitness into your busy life, I highly recommend exploring the Nike Training Club app. You might just find your new favorite way to move! Give it a try, and let me know your thoughts!
