My postpartum weightloss journey after 2 babies 🤎

For the mom struggling to believe it is possible for her, this is your reminder that with consistency & loving your body every step of the journey you will get there!!

And tbh I’ve been blown away by the results from showing up more frequently for less time - I usually do 30 min at home pilates with my kids from my app @sweatystudio & pair with 30-60 min stroller walks OR interval treadmill walk at night & heavy weights.

For food, I’ve been working on a slight caloric deficit prioritizing balanced, protein packed meals. Alsooo sleep is a huge factor (Ik it can be so hard in this season but if you can try to go to bed 30 min earlier).

You are beautiful whatever size & weight you’re at, God crushed it on you and you’re an amazing mom 🩵

After two babies, your body has been through a lot, and progress might be slower than before, but every small step counts. Integrating Pilates at home has been a game-changer for me because it strengthens the core gently, which is crucial after childbirth. I found that even 30 minutes daily while my kids played was manageable and effective. Pairing Pilates with stroller walks was perfect for getting fresh air and boosting my mood, which helped keep me motivated. Nutrition-wise, I focused on a moderate caloric deficit without extreme dieting. Prioritizing protein helped maintain my energy and kept me full longer, which reduced unnecessary snacking. Practical meal prepping also made sticking to balanced meals easier during busy days. Sleep—or the lack of it—is notoriously challenging for new moms. I made small adjustments like going to bed 30 minutes earlier when possible, which surprisingly improved my energy and recovery. Ultimately, embracing self-love and patience was just as important as physical efforts. Celebrating every bit of progress, no matter how small, kept my mindset positive and reduced frustration. For any mom feeling overwhelmed, trust that with consistency and kindness to yourself, your body will transform over time. Remember: your worth is not defined by the scale, but by the loving mom you already are.
