My Top Postpartum and Delivery items
1. As someone who had an all natural labor and delivery, the labor comb worked great for me during the early parts of labor. It was an easy distraction from the contractions!
2. This peri bottle is a must for me! The hospital one is just so hard to use.
3. Tucks pads worked great for me during my first week of healing. The cooling from these 🙌🏼
4. I didn’t get many of the disposable undies from my hospital so these were great to have at home!
5. I got a bottle of dermoplast from my hospital and I don’t know what I would have done without it! (Make sure to ask if they don’t give you one, I had to ask for mine!)
6. If you plan to breastfeed, it can be a painful and challenging process at the start. These are a must for the first few weeks until you adjust! I didn’t think I would actually use them, but ended up using them everyday for awhile!
7. Having a comfy pair of pjs that are also convenient for breastfeeding are a blessing during this time! I changed into these as soon as I could at the hospital!

Dermoplast is an absolute must!!! I’ll be 60 in July and I used it after having my babies. It wasn’t so readily available back then as it is today though. I had to contact my doctor to get more. And I DID!!! My running joke was always, if you can’t find me or my Dermoplast spray… just know I’m doing fine. 😜
