This cafe is not just a stop, but a space for you to relax, sip good quality coffee, or look for the right coffee beans for a new day. The decor emphasizes minimalist simplicity with bright white and warm tones of light orange and yellow, mixed with chic wood furniture. There are many different angles to sit in. Countertop Bar Zone, Private Booth Zone, to Out-Door Zone. The glass roof is fully exposed to natural light, making a beautiful picture on every corner!

☕️ Bitter Orange Coffee: Black coffee that combines intensity with orange freshness, has a sweet bitter taste, easy to drink, refreshing, excellent arousal.
🥤 Ayutthaya Coffee: A must-see signature menu, it's an intense, unique, dairy coffee characterized by a fluffy, sweet, fragrant cotton topping on top of a glass that gives it a taste of local Ayutthaya dessert, perfectly compatible with coffee.
🍰 Lemon Cake: Soft and fluffy lemon cake, refreshing sour and sweet taste, perfectly cut with coffee, with dark pieces of calamel and slices of lemon adorned on top.

ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “The Summer Coffee Old Town Ayutthaya” เพราะอยากได้คาเฟ่ในย่านเมืองเก่าที่ทั้งนั่งชิลและถ่ายรูปสวย ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ ฟีลแรกที่เข้าไปคือแสงดีแบบซัมเมอร์จริงๆ โทนร้านขาวสะอาดตาตัดกับสีส้ม/เหลืองอ่อน แล้วก็เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ ทำให้บรรยากาศอบอุ่นแบบมินิมอล ไม่ได้ขาวจนเย็นชืด แถมกลิ่นกาแฟจากโซนบาร์กับความเป็น “โรงคั่ว” ทำให้รู้สึกว่าไม่ได้มาแค่คาเฟ่ถ่ายรูป แต่ตั้งใจเรื่องกาแฟจริงจัง มุมที่เราแนะนำถ้าอยากได้รูปสวย: โซนหลังคากระจกด้านนอก (แสงธรรมชาติสวยมาก) กับมุมบูธสีเหลืองอ่อนที่นั่งเป็นส่วนตัว ถ่ายแล้วได้โทนละมุนๆ อีกมุมที่ชอบคือเคาน์เตอร์บาร์สีเหลือง เห็นบาริสต้าชงกาแฟเพลินๆ เหมาะกับสายคอนเทนต์ที่อยากได้รูป/วิดีโอแนวคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้ง เรื่องเมนู ถ้าไปครั้งแรกแล้วไม่รู้จะเริ่มจากอะไร เราว่าจัด “Ayutthaya Coffee” ก่อนเลย เพราะเป็นซิกเนเจอร์ที่แตกต่างจากกาแฟนมทั่วไป ตรงท็อปปิ้งสายไหมด้านบน ช่วยเพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์นุ่มๆ หอมหวานนิดๆ กินคู่กับกาแฟแล้วสนุกดี ส่วน “Bitter Orange Coffee” จะถูกใจคนชอบกาแฟดำที่มีความสดชื่น เปรี้ยวอมหวานจากส้ม ดื่มแล้วตื่นแบบไม่หนักท้อง เหมาะกับอากาศร้อนของอยุธยามาก ของหวานที่เข้ากันสุดๆ คือ Lemon Cake เนื้อนุ่ม รสเปรี้ยวหวานสดชื่น กินคู่กาแฟแล้วตัดกันดี ถ้าใครตั้งใจมานั่งทำงานหรืออ่านหนังสือ แนะนำสั่งเครื่องดื่ม + เค้กสักชิ้น แล้วเลือกที่นั่งโซนในร้านที่มีโต๊ะหลายแบบ ทั้งโต๊ะยาวและโต๊ะกลม นั่งได้นานแบบไม่อึดอัด อีกอย่างที่ไม่อยากให้พลาดคือโซนสินค้าหน้าร้าน มีเมล็ดกาแฟและ coffee capsule แพ็กเกจน่ารักสีสันสดใส เหมาะซื้อกลับบ้านหรือเป็นของฝาก (สายสะสมคาแรคเตอร์น่าจะถูกใจ) สรุปเลย ใครมาเที่ยวอยุธยาโซน Old Town แล้วอยากได้คาเฟ่ที่ “แสงสวย กาแฟดี เมนูมีเอกลักษณ์ และมีมุมให้เลือกนั่ง” The Summer Coffee Company คือหนึ่งร้านที่ควรปักหมุดไว้จริงๆ พิกัด: The Summer Coffee Company – Old Town Ayutthaya เวลาเปิด-ปิด: ทุกวัน 08.00–18.00
