Réponse à @_ina_ba Hello ma bestie il te faut :

1 kg de farine de blé

* 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

* 2 verres d’eau

* 2 sachets de levure boulangère

* 1 cuillère à café de sel

* Du fromage mozzarella

* De la sauce tomate

* Et la garniture de votre choix 😊

... Read moreMaking pizza at home is a fun and satisfying experience that allows you to personalize every ingredient according to your taste. From my experience, the key to a great pizza dough is using the right quantities and good quality ingredients as outlined in the recipe. I recommend using active dry yeast and letting the dough rise properly to achieve that soft and airy texture. For the garnishes, while meat options like ground beef add richness, vegetables like bell peppers, olives, and fresh tomatoes bring vibrant flavors and a healthy twist. You can even try experimenting with different cheeses besides mozzarella, such as cheddar or parmesan, to enhance the taste. One tip I learned over time is to preheat your oven to a high temperature (around 220°C or 425°F) before baking the pizza, which helps to get a crispy crust similar to pizzerias. Also, spreading the tomato sauce evenly and avoiding too much moisture can prevent a soggy base. If you're short on time, preparing the dough in advance and refrigerating it overnight can improve the flavor and make the process quicker on the day you want to cook. Making homemade pizza is a great way to involve family or friends by letting everyone add their favorite toppings, making it a fun, interactive meal. Overall, this recipe is versatile and easy to adapt, so don’t hesitate to try different combinations to find your perfect pizza. Enjoy baking and, most importantly, enjoy eating your delicious homemade pizza!
