Focusing more on my protein and eating right lol, I just had McDonald’s and my tummy hurts 😭. But anyway, this is just a two-week difference in my glutes, and honestly, I can already see a little lift and shape coming in 🍑. I’ve been really trying to stay consistent with my workouts, eat more protein, and make sure I’m fueling my body right. Progress is slow but steady and baby, we’re getting there

Increasing protein intake is essential because protein supports muscle repair and growth, which is necessary to see improvements like the lift and shaping I’m starting to notice. Whether you’re eating whole foods high in protein like chicken, eggs, or legumes, or supplementing with protein shakes, fueling your body right gives your muscles the building blocks they need. Alongside nutrition, dedicated workouts that target the glute muscles, such as squats, lunges, and hip thrusts, play a vital role in sculpting and strengthening. I’m focusing on maintaining consistency, because gradual progress can sometimes feel slow, but steady effort prevents plateaus and helps solidify gains. It’s also important to listen to your body — for example, after indulging in fast food like McDonald’s, I noticed some tummy discomfort, which reminds me to balance occasional treats with nutritious choices. Remember, building muscle and seeing physical changes takes time and patience, especially as everyone’s body responds differently. Celebrating small milestones during your fitness journey can motivate you to keep pushing, just like I’m embracing every bit of progress in my glutes. Focus on a combination of balanced eating, protein intake, and regular glute-specific workouts while being kind to yourself along the way. This comprehensive approach can lead to impressive long-term results and that boosted confidence as the gains show.
