For me, it’s about shifting perspective. It's not about inviting disorder, but accepting that life will be messy, plans will change, and unexpected challenges will arise. Instead of fighting against it, embracing it means finding resilience, adaptability, and even beauty in those twists and turns. It's about understanding that growth often happens outside your comfort zone, in the very heart of what feels chaotic. One of the most powerful tools I’ve found on this journey is journaling. It’s more than just writing; it's a dedicated space to untangle thoughts, process emotions, and make sense of the internal and external storms.
