Lessons that took me awhile to learn
These are lessons I wish I had learned in my 20s or younger, but the more I look around at people my age, I realize these are often lessons that come with time.
Although I will say, as I look to some of the younger generations, I wonder if these lessons will come earlier for them? So many are practicing boundary setting and going to therapy, which are two things I did not always prioritize.
