Who do I gotta talk to

Many airports offer only quick snack options like 7/11-style convenience stores or grab-and-go food stands, which are convenient but far from sufficient for those who have long layovers or irregular schedules. Having a real grocery store at an airport would be a game-changer. Not just any grocery store, but one that offers a wide range of items with reasonable prices and excludes raw poultry or meat for safety reasons. This would allow travelers to easily pick up fresh fruits, healthy snacks, bottled drinks, and even necessities like toiletries or medications without having to leave the airport or overpaying at restaurants. In addition, gyms and fitness centers at airports can greatly benefit flight attendants, business travelers, and layover passengers aiming to keep up with their fitness routines. Access to a gym equipped with essentials could make a 3- to 6-hour layover a productive and refreshing break rather than just a tedious wait. Beauty and self-care also matter, especially for those in public-facing roles like flight attendants or business professionals. Nail salons and hair salons within the airport would provide a convenient way to freshen up, manage appearance, and reduce travel stress. These facilities would enhance travelers’ overall comfort and confidence while navigating hectic travel itineraries. Overall, these improvements would transform airports from mere transit points into traveler-friendly hubs that meet a broader range of human needs. Airports should realize that investing in such amenities not only improves passengers' satisfaction but also creates new business opportunities within these buzzing centers. Having personally experienced the lack of these facilities, I sincerely hope airports listen to these requests and start making these changes soon.
