DREAMLIGHT VALLEY
As someone who lives with a range of mental health disorders, I struggle with finding something just for me. I find it hard to focus on one thing for too long and jump from activity to activity. Many times I grow bored. Sometimes I think that I wish my brain would just “be normal” but I also know that I have to take my meds and do the work to get there. Dreamlight Valley is a game that I’ve played for two years. I started on my Switch and then cross platformed to the Xbox but just recently started completely over on my iPad. It’s been fun and interesting. It’s a game that I can put down for a few months and pick right back up. It’s become a #safespace for me. It’s something I enjoy and that helps my brain just relax.
What is your safespace? What activities and hobbies have you found that you love? #lemon8challenge
